Megat Joha Bin Megat Abdul Rahman
Encik Megat Joha Bin Megat Abdul Rahman, male, aged 56, Chairman of Central Cables Berhad. He was appointed to the Board of Central Cables Berhad on 28 of May 2013.
He is a USA trained and qualified accountant who graduated from Boston University, Massachusetts with a Degree in Accounting & Finance in 1986 and started his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell, Chicago, USA. Having passed the USA CPA examination in 1987 in Chicago he returned to join the KPMG Kuala Lumpur office in 1988.
In 1991, he joined Kumpulan FIMA Berhad where he served in various capacities as Vice President for the Agro-based group and Business development and as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) for Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional and Security Printers, of FIMA Berhad.
In 1998, Encik Megat Joha joined the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (“KLSE”) (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) as Investigations Senior Manager for Market Supervision. In 1999, he led the project team in establishing the Labuan International Financial Exchange (“LFX”) for the KLSE, and held the post of Assistant General Manager at LFX till 2002.
He left the KLSE in early 2002 to assume the post of Chief Operating Officer cum Executive Director (Operations) at Mayban Securities Sdn Bhd until late 2005.His various other stints included project sales at Sigma AIT Sdn Bhd, business development and project management at Scomi Engineering Berhad, Group CEO of Majuperak Holdings Berhad and lastly as General Manager at Boustead Sissons Paints Sdn Bhd.
Zakrysham Bin Zainal Bahry
Encik Zakrysham aged 52, a Malaysian, joined Central Cables Berhad (“CCB”) on 12th January 2015. A Chartered Accountant by profession and a member MIA, Zakrysham brought with him diverse industries exposures from Banking and Finance, Insurance, Logistic, Construction, Manufacturing to Consulting and Services Industry. He offered breadth of functional experiences from Finance and Audit, IT, Corporate Strategy and Planning, BD and Marketing to L&D and Talent Management, of which was his last held portfolio at a GLC before joining CCB. He holds an ACCA (UK) qualification.
Azlan Bin Ahmad
Azlan Ahmad, age 52, was appointed to the Board of Central Cables Berhad on 28 of April 2008. He studied Law at the Middlesex University in London and graduated with LL.B (Hons) in 1991. In the following year, he received a Degree of an Utter Barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was admitted to the English Bar. In June 1993, Azlan Ahmad was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor and began his legal practice thenceforth.
In the year 2000, he ceased private practice to join the corporate sector as the Legal Manager of one of the largest food and beverage company in Malaysia. In 2005, he left to join Permanis Sdn Bhd as the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Secretarial Affairs Department. In November 2011, he joined Permanis’ then holding company, C.I. Holdings Berhad as its Company Secretary.
Between July 2016 –May 2018, Azlan Ahmad served as the Special Officer to the Minister of Finance II and was based at the Federal Government Administrative Centre in Putrajaya. He now resumes his career with C.I. Holdings Berhad as its Head of Legal and Secretarial Affairs.
Kasinathan A/L Tulasi
Mr. Kasinathan a/l Tulasi (“Mr. Sunther”), male, aged 61, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of Central Cables Berhad on 28 of March 2008.
He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree with honours from the University of London (External), and he is also a Barrister (Lincoln’s Inn). He started his career as a Legal Executive in Messrs Shah & Burke and read in the chambers of Mr. Philip Waller QC in London. Mr. Sunther returned to Malaysia and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 27 September 1991.
Upon being called to the Bar, he joined the legal firm of Messrs Sajali, Amier & Partners. In December 1992, Mr. Sunther resigned from Messrs Sajali, Amier & Partners to set up the partnership of Messrs A. Zahari Thulasi now known as Messrs Affendi Zahari.
Amir Nashrin Bin Johari
Amir Nashrin Bin Johari, aged 26, was appointed to the Board of Central Cables Berhad on 5th November 2018. He holds a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.
He started his career at KPMG performing external financial audits for companies in industries including property management, water pump trading, hospitality, brokerage and healthcare. Later he moved to KPMG Management Consultancy’s Strategy and Operations Advisory unit where he worked on public and private projects such as a rural economic development plan, perception study and governance assessment.
Amir Nashrin is a Manager in the Group Managing Director’s office of C.I. Holdings Berhad, a public listed company on Bursa Malaysia. He also currently sits on and works closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of several C.I. Holdings Berhad subsidiaries namely, Palmtop Vegeoil Products Sdn Bhd and Continental Resources Sdn Bhd.

Mohd Aizat Bin Mohd Yusoff
Encik Mohd Aizat Bin Mohd Yusoff, male, aged 31, a Malaysian, joined Central Cables Berhad on 03 September 2018, from TechnipFMC where he was a Subsea Installation Engineer. During his 4-year tenure with TechnipFMC, he was involved with numerous EPCIC projects and tender works within Malaysia and overseas. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) with honors from the University of South Australia.
Nadiah Binti Musa
Puan Nadiah Musa joined Central Cables Berhad on the 16th of May 2006 as an Executive in the R&D department. Then, she was transferred to the Production department as a Production Planner Executive in January 2010. During her services as a planner, she has been introduced to the sales and marketing ground.
On the year 2013 and 2014, she was promoted as Senior Manager and Senior Manager II respectively. In July 2015, she has been promoted as a General Manager of Operation until now.
She has worked in the international trading and freight forwarding firms and earned a lot of experience. She has in total of 17 years of working experience in various industries and departments.
Mohd Zani Bin Kasim
Encik Mohd Zani Bin Kasim, aged 50, a Malaysian, joined Central Cables Berhad on March 29, 2010. He has been in the cable manufacturing industry organization for 23 years where he held various roles and responsibilities mainly in production, process, maintenance and projects. He was also involved in the wool manufacturing industry for 4 years where he was tasked to oversee the machines and processes improvement activities. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
